I missed the show :(

    Bandwagon Venue

Not much has been happening, i've been trying to lay low and finish some schoolwork. On saturday night I went to the bandwagon to see Phantom Caste, one of fort worth's premier artists at 12-- and.. I missed the show. I had a good time catching up with fabian, my friend who is the keyboardist and just hung out for a while. After that I went to 7th street bar in fort worth to meet them there.

Cafe Brazil is now in Fort Worth!

I was delighted to find that cafe brazil is now in fort worth today, I got the chance to get over there and snap a couple shots.. I haven't gotten to eat there yet but I've been a fan of the dallas locations. This is a great place to come after a night out to hang out with your friends and eat ethnically inspired foods. The french toast they have is awesome and they have potato tacos and everything else.

Got around to editing some photos today

this hasn't been too productive of a week so far but I got around to editing some photos in photoshop. I'm ready to do some more shoots and I'm determined to take more photos next time and bring more outfits so I can pick from them. Here's Nathan from last saturday:

So glad I don't have to use picnic anymore. It screws with your files and makes them low quality.

First Gig

Well tonight I had my first official club assignment. I contracted out for klear lens and we went out to a couple clubs on lower greenville.. I can't show the pictures yet because he wants to have releases on all of them but MAN. I'm telling you. We went to cafe brazil afterwards and were talking about how fast everything is moving and how many connections we're getting and this is just my FIRST night out and I've already got a job offer and we have some significant leads. Club owners have approached us, lots of people asked for our business card and we're just so excited to be at the right place at the right time. He looked at me in the eye and said "how fast do you want to go? because you don't even know". He showed me his contact list from the past couple days and it's literally a miniature book. I'm astonished and amazed at the possibilities. But for now, i'm gonna focus on what I love, which is taking pictures:
