What I've been up to

      My mind has been running ridiculously crazy recently over alot of things.. Its super late so you can forget proper grammar or writing in this post, lol. The main things that have been on my mind is getting my business off the ground. I've been thinking so much about my photography style and what I want and dreaming up the shoots that I can't wait to do. This is also my official announcement that I'm pursuing photography as a career and ditching business management for now as a career. I've also been working a crazy amount since I've gotten to Austin with my work-at-home job and that's been taking time and energy from my creativity.  I want to bullet some things I need to do asap, and some goals for the next few weeks. I have not and probably won't be blogging music for a while because I've got these other priorities now here in Austin and I just want to do everything at once! The blog will come later and will blossom I promise! (also one of the main reasons why I havent been blogging is because one of my secret sources for music is down at the moment) One of the reasons I have been working at my real job so much is because I need to get on my feet-- but before I forget anything I need to get started on what I plan to accomplish in the coming weeks:

• Immersion: I'm immersing myself in the world of photography. I'm starting by watching the movie Blowup from 1966 that's a provocative film about a fashion photographer that accidentally stumbles across something in his negatives..

• Business Card! Enough said. I've already gotten a ton of people to ask for my business card and a couple strong job offers. Fail!

• design: I really feel like I should be working on this, I need to tap into my creative abilities and start to draw/paint and get more in touch with that stuff. Even though I consider myself more stylist than designer, I need to have a decent basis for design because I don't want to outsource alot of stuff and I don't want to just use helvetica font for design work. :/

• new logo-this must be done! SOON! I need a new watermark.

• documentary-This has been on my mind and I feel like it's going to be a lot of fun. Although I want to focus on photography more, I love shooting video and it will one day be an integral part of my business.

• Collaboration: I need to collaborate with other artists in my field.
